We all thought that Congress succumbed to the pressure mounted by Civil Society and hence passed a resolution in parliament. But I think it was only half truth. The other half that they preferred not to disclose at the time was the revenge that they are planning.
It is disappointing and frustrating to be in a country where billionaires like our Congress cabinet minsters are supposed to make laws in favor of inclusive growth for every one. How can a minister who is having exponential growth in his/her asset will be able to even understand the pain of general public and more importantly the BPL and farmers of this country.
When people like Anna and Kejriwal wants to fight corruption in the system, our Congress government is humble enough to reward them with multiple cases, notices and arrests in Tihar jail. They are making their lives hell and testing their patience. Congress is trying their best to demotivate these modern day real heroes so that system can continue to support corruption. Kejriwal ,who was an IRS officer and also posted in Income Tax office could have become another billionaire , had he decided to continue within the system.But he probably decided to fight the corrupt system and become a voice of people of Bharat. Our congress leaders fail to understand that. Infact, they want him to paint corrupt on ground which no one is interested in knowing.
Congress is very aggressive on all the cases against Anna, Kejriwal, Bhushan and Kiran Bedi. But is going very slow on other cases involving his own set of Cabinet and State ministers. This is not going to help India in a longer run where every one who speaks against corruption is crushed in a very political manner by misusing system. When the leaders like Anna, Kejriwal and Bhushan are not spared, how a comman man will dare to fight against such a system.
I wish , congress will try to reread the history of party and understand that they too have some responsibility to bring better future to our Country. Let us not try to harass people who are fighting corruption but work with them to make this a better country.
